Partner Notifications
Get notified of important updates made to content by other team members in your workspace.
1. Overview
You will always receive notifications for your subscriptions in your Graceview Inbox. Optionally, you can configure the type of email notifications you receive and how often you receive them.
2. Configure
Navigate to Settings › Notifications.

2.1 Email Notifications
You can customise the type of email notifications you want to receive:

2.2 Email Frequency
You can adjust how frequently you would like to be notified of any unread updates to content by email:
Every 15 minutes (default)
Every 60 minutes
Every 3 hours
Every 12 hours
Every 24 hours
Never
3. Notification Timing
3.1 Graceview Inbox
Graceview Inbox notifications are sent in real time.
3.2 Email Notifications
Email notifications are sent as digests according to your Email Frequency configuration. A digest is only sent if you haven’t already viewed the matching Graceview Inbox notification.
Email subject lines include your workspace name.
Digests group multiple unread updates into a single email.

4. Subscribing to Content
Subscribing to content determines whether you receive notifications for updates to that content (plus how those are emailed based on your preferences).
You are automatically subscribed to content when you create it, edit it, change the workflow status, publish it, merge or save it, or change the assignee. This includes content in Create and Library.
4.1 Managing Subscriptions
In the Graceview Inbox, hover over a notification to reveal the three-dot menu. You can mark notifications as read/unread and subscribe/unsubscribe.
When viewing content, open the three-dot menu in the top-right corner to check or change your subscription.
Clicking Unsubscribe stops further notifications for updates to that content and prevents automatic subscription. However, if you’re later assigned to that content, you’ll be subscribed again.
5. Notification Anatomy
Notifications have two components:
Action: Who performed the action and what the action was.
Content: The content affected by the action.
