Client Notifications
Update clients with automated email digests when you publish updates to content.
1. Overview
Graceview automatically sends email digests to connected Client workspaces when you publish updates to content in your Partner workspace. Clients can configure their notification preferences.
2. Configure
Navigate to Settings › Notifications.
2.1 Email Notifications
Clients can configure their notification preferences:
Everything: Receive a daily email digest for updates to all content in your workspace.
Bookmarks: Receive a daily email digest only for updates to content in your bookmarks.
None: Opt out of email digest notifications.
3. Notification Timing
Email notifications are sent as daily email digests according to your Email Notifications setting.
Email subject lines include your workspace name.
Digests include newly published pages, updates to existing pages, and Timeline Events from yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
4. Publication Options
Admin or Owner roles in Partner workspaces can publish pages in the following modes:
Publish: First-time publication of a new page. Included in the Client daily email digest.
Publish Silently: Edits to an existing page. Not included in the Client daily email digest. Markup is hidden in the Client interface.
Publish with Markup: Edits to an existing page. Included in the Client daily email digest. Markup is shown in the Client interface.
